Can I enter the park with my pet?
A: Daytime
You may enter with a leash no longer than 1 meter.

Nighttime (Izu Kogen GRANILLUMI)
Please use a pet carrier or pet cart. Entry with a leash or by holding your pet is not permitted.
Are there attractions we can enjoy with pets?
A: Availability varies by operation, maintenance, and season. Please ask staff for details.
Are coin lockers available?
A: Paid coin lockers are located on the left immediately after the entrance gate.
Lockers are first-come, first-served; reservations are not accepted.
Are strollers available?
A: Available in limited numbers.

Is there a diaper-changing or nursing space?
A: A nursing room is located in the center of the park.
Is there a first-aid room?
A: The first-aid room has two simple beds. If you feel unwell, please contact nearby staff.
Can I re-enter the park?
A: Please present the admission ticket issued upon entry.
  • ※ Day and night require separate admission. Day or night tickets are valid only for their respective session.
  • ※ Valid only on the date stamped.
  • ※ Tickets are non-transferable.
How many cars can the parking lot accommodate?
About 1,000 cars.
Can I bring food and drinks?
A: Bringing food or drinks into restaurants and attractions is not permitted.
Eating and drinking are allowed in the free play area, lawn area, and benches in the park.
Please dispose of trash in park bins or take it home.
We are not responsible for brought-in lunches. BBQ and open flames are strictly prohibited.
Are credit cards accepted? Is there an ATM?
A: Credit cards are accepted at the entrance, GRANTEI Pirate Restaurant, and Gift Shop Clipper.
There is no ATM in the park.
What happens in bad weather?
A: As an outdoor facility, attractions may be suspended due to rain or strong winds.

I lost something in the park.
A: Please contact the park entrance counter (TEL: 0557-51-1122).
Do I need a reservation for group admission?
A: Please contact the IZU SHABOTEN ZOO Group Reservation Center.
Attractions cannot be reserved in advance.
